Shipping and Online Orders

Most orders received ship within 2 days--this excludes custom orders or any item purchased through a special pre-order promotion.  Domestic U.S. orders ship for free.  International orders will include a shipping cost calculated at check out.  

Payment for orders is due at time of check out.  We do not accept orders for Cash or Check on Delivery (COD).  

If you have special shipping circumstances or need to change your delivery address please contact us immediately through the site contact form.  Any order returned due to incorrect shipping information will be cancelled and incur a 15% return fee.
