Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please reach out to us through our contact page. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your clock arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic shipping: USPS or UPS, typically 3–7 business days
Packaging: Every clock is carefully wrapped and packed in a custom box with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you have questions about an in-transit order, don't hesitate to reach out.
Product Care
Every clock is finished with a naturally derived wood finish made by Vermont Natural Coatings — a Vermont-based company committed to creating durable, eco-friendly finishes. This finish protects the wood while letting its natural beauty shine through.
Caring for Your Clock
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid placing in direct sunlight for extended periods, which can cause fading over time.
- Do not use harsh chemical cleaners — a lightly damp cloth is all you need for occasional cleaning.
- Keep in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme humidity or dryness can affect wood over time.
Hanging Your Clock
All clocks come equipped with heavy-duty hanging hardware attached to the back. For the safest and most secure installation, we recommend using gallery hooks rated for the appropriate weight.

Gallery hooks are available at most hardware stores. They create a small, clean hole in the wall and provide a very secure hold — much better than a standard nail or picture hook.
Battery Information
Every clock runs on a single AA battery (not included). We recommend using a quality alkaline battery for the best performance.
Battery Tips
- A fresh AA battery will typically last 12–18 months.
- If the clock starts running slow or the second hand ticks irregularly, it's time for a new battery.
- Remove the battery if the clock won't be in use for an extended period.
- Avoid rechargeable batteries — they output slightly lower voltage and may not keep accurate time.

All of our clock movements are made in the USA. They're built to last, but if you ever experience an issue with your clock's movement or any other component, we're here to help.
